This statement from the Art of Possibility hits home with me. I really believe that we were created to connect with each other. The tragedy of stroke, for example, is that the very things that make us who we are, our ability to communicate, to interact, are within only a few hours, forever changed. Who are we, if we are not in connection with other human beings? It is a scary thought.

I like what you said. We truly are made to connect - more to the point, if you believe that we are all created out of one essence, then in the path to connection we simply rediscover ourselves within others. The thought that we cannont, or have not connected is nothing more than the separate self telling us how to live. The beauty of connection is that we already have it, we just have to choose to use it.
